California Check Cashing Stores, Moreno Valley, CA

They double charged me by cashing the check and taking my bank card over the phone for a cash advance. Been almost a week dealing with the store and corporate to get a refund!!! If you pay over the phone confirm that the check has not been sent for payment!! They could've cared less that this messed withi me and my children's livelyhood!!

It’s hard to find good quality service in Moreno Valley, but this store is great. They take the time to be helpful and respectful. I have went in multiple times and they have been great at helping me every time. They help you quickly. I gone in for their western union services, but they also have many loan options which is great to know.

Was there for over an hour just too be denied. Would not cash my payroll Check even with paystub attached. Lady was extremely rude. I was very nice and respectful at first. But she had a very bad attitude towards me. For absolutely no reason. I asked how her day’s going. She gave me a cold shoulder with a look of disgust. It’s very sad how people act towards certain people because of skin tone. The customer’s she dealt with before me. Were treated professionally along with respect and courtesy. They were also a different ethnicity as me. This is the problem with our current world we live in. Stop letting what you see on TV divide the people. If we keep fighting one another they have already one the fight. Stick together as one. Stop treating people different because of what they look like. As they say you can’t judge a book by it’s cover. Nothing that is going on these day’s makes any sense to me. I was not raised like this. You treat everyone with kindness and respect. Regardless of how/what they look like. Start treating people the way you want too be treated. God I hate California. Even though I was born and raised here. People are just so cold hearted towards others. Because of a certain way you look. It’s sad. Something I like too call. California Kaided.

Horrible customer service. A have had multiple loans here and only the Mexican girl is the nice one. The other ones are always given me trouble. I work for a Union so my boss contact changes all the time and every time I come here they're always asking me for a new number and they ask that I have to give them a phone number that answers with the name of the company I work for they don't understand that is multiple departments so they wouldn't know if I worked there I gave them my boss number but that is not good enough for them plus they give me attitude every single time!! I'M DONE COMING HERE!! If they don't want my money there are multiple cash advance out there that I can go to. screw them!!

This is by far the best location I have gone to, the tellers are very kind and courteous. Bianca is very informative and has always helped resolve any type of issues I’ve had from loans to sending money across the world to my family. Would definitely recommend and will always keep coming back to this location 10/10 is my rating
