They pay way too cheap. If i could give them 0 stars i would. If you guys are looking for a good pawn shop check out Popular Pawn Shop in Moreno Valley it's a smaller shop but in my opinion best shop out here. Great customer service and great deals.

If I could give this place a zero star I absolutely would. And I called to ask what they give for gold and they are offering 48% of scrap value. Which is a complete and utter rip off. I would suggest either keeping your product materials or anything you thought selling to this particular company and take it anywhere else. There are several other pawnshops in the area that will pay an average of 75 to 85% of scrap value. Absolute rip off of a company. 10k gold scrap is over $22 a gram they offer $10. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN SO YOU DON’T GET LIED TO OR RIPPED OFF. They will rip you off if they can so don’t let them.

The man was very helpful in seeing if some of the things I had were good toward a loan. Nice big roomy place not small and cramped like most and parking is no problem.

Ok I went to the Valley Jewelry & Loan looking for a Music keyboard for my son who wants to learn how to play. My family and I are having to penny punch right now cause I’m about to have surgery so I come in here not expecting to get anything good. The employee Jay took care of us!! I told him what my price range was and he hooked up!! He is so awesome!! I definitely recommend coming here. This place will take care of you.

Phone is always busy. Plus If I have to read one more review about how “ It’s business people remember they need to make money” One more time I’m gonna lose it.
