I've been there before about 10 years ago no problems. They then this time refused to cash my company issued paycheck for absolutely no reason. Thanks a ton. Now I'm broke for the rest of the weekend. If you're not going to cash my check at least give me the reason why. Lame and dismissive attitudes mean I won't be back here ever and highly suggest you go somewhere else.

So far so good. Very convenient.

They are great. FYI, they are not open on Sunday.

I save on stamps by paying my PG&E bills here--don't know how they make anything for their efforts, since there are no fees. PG&E had an office in San Rafael that closed down, and a similar check cashing place down 4th Street also closed. The staff is friendly and they know what the're doing.

They are so friendly, quick and easy. I’ve lived in Novato all my life but spend a lot of time in San rafael but I pick this place over all the others. It’s been the same people working there, they’ve got it down.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Would give 0 stars if I could. Never felt more disrespected in any business. Came in on Thursday evening to cash a <$300 check, was told it was too late to confirm it with the bank so I came back Friday at 12. Was told they couldn't cash my check because it was older than 10 days (the date on it said 10/5, so no, it wasn't). Then I was told they couldn't cash it because they "couldn't access the Chase account on their computer", which wasn't relayed to me at all the first time I was there. Then, when I was explaining my frustration to the manager, the employee that was helping me STARTED LAUGHING AT ME. Never felt so angry at a place.
