Patelco Credit Union, Novato, CA

Their “customer service” line is where phone calls go to die. If you’d like to be placed on hold, for at least a half hour, before being disconnected—go with this credit union. Their attention to their customers is as insulting as it is nonexistent

I love this small branch of my credit union. Friendly and fast service. Never a line, easy peasey.

This branch closes at 4pm not 5!!!!!! Now my rent is late......

I love Patelco! The staff (at all the branches) are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the webinars Patelco offers and it is continuously improving the app.

I called the branch three times, nobody picked up. Wow! I guess they don't need any new customers. Wow! and Wow again. Time to shine...or not.

Impossible to reach anyone or get any sort of response. The amount of times I’ve had to go in for small issues that were supposed to be resolved but weren’t is insane. Would have switched banks years ago if I had the option. Edit: just found out I’m being charged $24 a month minimum for my credit card. Outrageous. Closing my account tomorrow.
