I have been there many times and everytime I go I get excellent kind,friendly people and they are very helpful.

This place doesn't even deserve a single star. I was here on 5/14/20 at 9:30ish and had the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They treat parents of children with special needs VERY poorly! They are not helpful and they are very rude. And they definitely don't deserve any business treating people with special needs this bad. He made my 4yr old non verbal asd son have a MAJOR meltdown and put me through the whole process of cashing our stimulus check but refused to do so in the end. And we've been here before so I never thought this would be an issue but here we are because of rude small tiny minded people The skinny guy with tattoos is a rude bitter person. I don't think he has any idea how to treat people with disabilities.

If you can find another place to do business I advise you to pass this place up. Not sure if this was just Jenna and or Christina Bad Day but as a person dealing with customers you must not bring attitudes and personal matters into your place of work because the affect it has shows how you deal with customers by lashing out and yelling isn't professional, looking down on people is how you decide to treat people and curse at people just because your behind a glass window Does not give You or anyone else the right to disrespect by cursing and showing how you feel by flicking your middle finger at customers All I can say is THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND REORGANIZE with PROPER TRAINING. Hire Professional people to work with the public as far as dealing with customers. * Rude * No Professionalism * Cursing at Customers * Flicking the Middle Finger Check Cashing Cali Retrain your staff and double check their background maybe they are not qualified with dealing with customers/or the public. If its money they are good at ONLY -- They need to be placed Not in the Front but behind the scene

Low Money Order fee! Only 75 cents! Great Service even though they always have a long line! But worth it. Thanks Ladies! Keep working hard! :)

Michael was exceptional at helping me out. He is extremely enthusiastic and made my experience one to remember. I will definitely be back. April was also extremely helpful and her smile was amazing. Amazing customer service.

Our Employees love using these guys, they are right around the corner. Always get great customer service and very minimal wait time. Michael and Laura are very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service. We always recommend our staff to go cash their paychecks there.

Very pleasant visit to this location. I was assisted by Jose who is the manager, he was very polite and professional. He answered my questions with accuracy and proceeded with my transaction efficiently. Definitely recommend for financial needs.
