King of Credit Financial, Palmdale, CA

I am a disable military Veteran mom who is on a fixed income. I set an automatic payment with King of Credit Financial for my vehicle and they never seem to take the money on the date that is contracted. Not only have they have repeatedly not taken the payment for my vehicle loan I have be hung up on twice when I have called to complain. When I try to look them up on the BBB they are not even listed. This company is unethical, unprofessional, and customer service sucks. They took an unauthorized payment which left my account in the negative. When I complained they reversed the charges leaving my account still in the negative, me in a hardship and now I have to wait 3-7 business for the refunds to appear in my account. This isn't right and I the consumer shouldn't have to suffer. What should have been discussed was a payment arrangement not an unauthorized payment taken by there representative. I regret doing business with Palmdale, CA Camacho Auto Sale.

I bought a car from them over a year ago and I haven’t had any issues with the car it’s a great vehicle. Due to the pandemic I’ve lost clients left and right, Brittany is my account representative and she’s always kind and ALWAYS GOES THE EXTRA MILE!!! I have been late numerous times and have never had my car shut off or repoed! I have great communication with Brittany and she’s waived my late fees when I’ve been late, I got hit hard due to Covid and she worked with me on the payments and helped me when other car lots only wanted to repo my car! I’ll say it again communication is everything and I always call Brittany when I’m going to be late and she works with me not against me, and she’s never been rude to me even when I was struggling to keep my business open she worked with me so I wouldn’t lose my car, I was able to skip a few months until I was working again! I am so happy with Brittany and the sales people that got me into my car! I plan to go back to them when I’m ready for my next vehicle. Thank You Camacho I will definitely send anyone looking for a car without a huge down payment, even though I have bad credit and a prior repo they still worked with me! In the face of this pandemic I’ve lost a lot of clients and doing really bad but Brittany never shut my car off not once!!! Go to Camacho for your next car or truck they have a huge selection, and the best sales managers who will work hard to get u approved! Thanks again!!!

Financed a car from them exactly one year ago. Cars been giving me problems since I bought it. Took it to multiple mechanics and no one can tell me what’s wrong with it. Now I’m gonna have a repo because they won’t take the car as a trade in because it “hasn’t been 2 years” King of credit is doing absolutely nothing to help me. I have a 9 month old child and can’t get around because of them selling me a lemon.

Camcho helped me get a car when nobody else would. Brittany is my finance manager and she has never been rude to me once, I imagine the people who are saying she is rude, they must have been rude to her first, because I have called her countless times, I’m late all the time and never had any issues with her. I needed a major repair on my car and Camacho took care of it and let me add the bill onto my loan. They saved me by giving me a car and they saved me by helping me with the bill I couldn’t afford to pay to another mechanic, and they got it done at 1200 dollars less than what was estimated. They are a Godsend and I highly recommend them and urge people to take the negative reviews with a grain of salt because people can get disgruntled when a company doesn’t do whatever they ask for. And turning the car off for nonpayment is a lot better than having it repoed!

If you can dont get financed by them. The women are rude and unprofessional. Ive had my car for about a year and they havent reported to the credit bureaus not once. So if you are looking to build your credit this isnt the place to do so....
