The female working here clearly hates her job and seemed as if I was disturbing her when I came in to inquire about cashing a check. It was late and bank was closed, so I thought I'd try here since it was close. She was so rude and unpleasant. The place reeked of weed when I walked in, maybe I interrupted her high. To cash a check they want work address, work phone number and 2 references, that's crazy. And they charge a lot. Avoid this awful place.

Horrible customer service, unfriendly employees and they want copious amounts of personal identifiable information. I'm not an expert but they seem like scam artists.

The girls at the Placerville California Check Cashing are without a doubt the friendliest and most helpful girls in customer service. Their awesome!! Extremely professional and understanding. And always respectful when dealing with their customers.

Minor slip up on my part. Rude awful people. Angrily telling me to pay up. Not the slightest bit of sympathy. I didn't deny I owed the money and i handled the issue the day of the original call. these folks were ready to send Guido to break my knees! Don't use this place. If nothing else they are just plain mean.

Worst place ever no joke asked what time they closed because i was runnin a little late due to a surgery they aske do u have a loan or have uou ever cashed here i said who cares all i need is when you are closed they tried to say some dumb explination how they cant waste their time on thing like this if i am not going to do bussiness w them what the

Angelina was amazing she helped me cash my check in a great amount of time, I was in such a big rush. She was very respectful and helped me as soon as she could!!!

Upon further investigation I have determined that this is an excellent place to cash your checks, or anything to do with money orders, I was there the other day and a very nice young lady named Raven assisted me. This young lady appeared to have the adequate information to provide excellent services, while doing so in a friendly, and professional manner. I Left a review a few months ago which was not very good but this was obviously before this young lady worked for this agency.

One of the only places that we can find that can cash a state check no problem without needing a bank account. Many other places are hit and miss with the state issued checks.
