I want to share a quick note about Amber at your Rancho Cordova location. She is the best customer service representative I have come across in any industry in a very long time. She is friendly, genuinely cares about her clients, and most importantly...she is a great listener. In todays world, where most cust svc reps could care less about you or your situation, she is the gold standard of how to do it right. A GREAT communicator.
