Renee has always been very helpful, kind and professional on how to handle business with her customers especially in these times. I would also like to acknowledge the assistance of Lehmani(sorry if I spelled it incorrectly). She has also helped extensively with a positive attitude and great customer service. Should have thought twice before getting a loan through mariner. The interest is astronomically high and even though inreceived money to pay down my credit card I'm paying for it 10 fold in interest rates with a high monthly payment. Also be wary that if you need to change your payment date the branch can't help you they tell you to send an email and advise you of a 1 to 2 day turn around time. Leaving it all up to chance .they also answer the phone hello very unprofessional without identifying the business I'm calling. To date I've been advised I would be called back by the branch manager and have not been called back. Today I spoke to someone new at corporate who said the rep from corporate yesterday was not in their department. And asked for their name which they didn't give me, and yet the person I talked to today also didn't give me their name. I was expressing my grievance advising this is the third time the buck was getting passed first the branch rep 2nd yesterday corporate advising the branch manager would call me back and third today advising the district manager would contact me. I advised I was upset at how long this was all taking for resolve when I'm simply trying to be proactive and I keep getting bounced around. She refused to give her her name and hung up on me. Be very wary of mariner to date. Hopefully I'll actually get a call back at some point today from. One of the two people I was advised would be the ones who contacted me. Update branch manager called me back and fixed the problem which I'm thankful for. Anytime I have issues I can contact her going forward.
