Long story short. I have 20 acres, and a manufactured home, plus a second single-wide mobile home.... 3 other lenders could not get my place refinanced. Then I found PrimeLending. The rest of the staff were as awesome though we didn't see them nearly as much as Andrew and Taylor....Andrew being our primary contact....that being said...every person we had contact with were just as friendly and personable as the other....almost like close family... Our experience was great to say the least.....we'd tried two other lenders before Red Bluff Prime Lending....one took six months till finally getting the boot.....the other strung us along for over a year....neither could move the ball down field and cross the goal line...if you know what I mean....every time a problem Red Bluff Prime Lending was able to work it out ...present the issues and positive choices were made available.....if that ain't good enough for anyone reading this you don't deserve a loan....I'm mean really....what more could you want from anybody you deal with if that is the approach they take?
