Horrible to deal with. Always changing things and demanding more papers last minute. Quote you one thing and the. Once they go to submit it thwy completely change everything.

If I could give it a lower score I absolutely would. This Credit Union it's horrible to work with, very difficult to get anything done, always has computers down and long lines, demands that you provide 40 different documents just to get a simple answer or assistance with your account. I will be transferring my account to another bank, and this credit Union will be losing out on thousands of dollars an annual revenue from my business. It is absolutely insane the way they treat their customers!

I have a car loan & thus far no problems. Staff are friendly and love having just that half hour extra at the end of the day to get in is great.

Wonderful experience with SCCU from a personal loan to everyday checking, and great customer service when I used to deposit my weekly tips.

Never HD a problem they couldn't fix.
