Used the other location for years. Its a great way to help yourself in a tight pickle. Manager is very knowledgeable. And willing to help as much as they can. When i need to use a payday advance will going here.

They are fast and efficient, I'm in there every Friday getting the cheapest money order in town. If for some reason there is even remotely a line building up theres always friendly staff sitting in hand to help me out and keep my wait time to a minimum.

I came in a week ago for a payday loan. I recieved my loan and requested my pay back fate to be set for the monday after my payday (because i live 300 miles away and have to drive all the way back so i need a day off work to do so.) I was told that even thought my requested date was withing the two week tine period that my pay back date absolutely had to be set for my payday and not a single day after. At which point i advised the counter lady that i would have to drive all the way back. She then told me that even though she could not set any day past payday (even being within the teo week time period) that she could instead put my debit card in the system, so that i may call on my payback date and have them run a debit charge. Well i called and authirized a debit card payment utilizing my atm card on file. They INSTEAD took the payback cheque and cashed it. I was notified today by a polite man, that this cheque could take upwards of 7 days to be taken out of my account. Seeing as how i specifically asked for my debit card to be ran and NOT the payback check, im very upset that now i have to scrutinize my bank account until they pull the funds. I will not ever be going to this location again. I have been using payday loans through this company's different location for over 10 years and this is the first time i have had such a terrible experience.

Very easy and pleasant experience. Even tho there was a line, the process was quick and painless. Everybody behind the counter were very friendly. But Ashley was phenomenal. She took her time, was extremely patient, and understanding. Plus her personality was amazing. Will definitely be back if the need arises. 😁 . …

Jaydon was an absolute pleasure to have as our Representative. He was very helpful and attentive to every detail. His Customer service was the best we have ever experienced.

Tara is the most amazing customer service representative. She saved my wedding and I can't thank her enough. Will be a repeat customer.
