I had a loan a few years back and dealt with Shannon. She was great! Very helpful and always smiling. Since then I have referred some friends and family and everyone has been happy with Shannon’s service!!

1st let me start off by stating that my credit is not the best I have one bankruptcy and my credit score is currently 675 I went to juniors westside automotive in Redding California they sent me to lending mark in Redding twice on two different loans one a ATV loan and the other a truck loan on both counts I got Karen who works there she is very rude and unprofessional. On both accounts she or her company gave me a super high interest rate of 33 percent rate on a 10,000 loan for ATV and on the truck they tried to give me 24 percent rate on 7,000 I told them no on both accounts. I went to Sierra central in Anderson and got a 12 percent on 7,000 for the truck and I bought ATV out right . lendingmark is not there to help you they just want your money no matter what the cost is.do your self a favor and save yourself some money and shop around for lenders like Sierra central at the end of the day they lost two business with me

I bought a car from Redding Truck and Auto when I first saw the car I was shown a 2008 Tribeca. When I went to Lendmark all the paperwork showed a 2008 Subaru Tribeca. Then I got the registration in the mail and it was a 2006 Tribeca with a different VIN number. I compared the VIN number from the DMV to the car I had and it matched. I looked at the VIN number from the finance company and it was a different number. However it was the number that match the description of the car I thought I was buying. So I called the dealership and brand Lendmark so I called Lendmark and they didn't really blame anyone but promise to call me back and never would. So I called him back again and I went up there to the finance company and at first they wanted my paperwork but I wasn't going to give them my only proof of what I felt might be something Shady going on. Of course when I went up there the regional manager wasn't in or the manager wasn't in and this went on and on. So after actually going to the finance company twice and calling them four times without any kind of follow-through I would say Lendmark is at least 50% at fault with this ordeal. Im really starting to wonder if the person at Lendmark was in cahoots with the person from Redding Truck and Auto because the car I got not only is 2 years older and is not in fact a rebuilt engine but also has a plethora of problems. As soon as I learn more I will update my review but as of right now I'm really getting screwed over. Oh yes and when I took it to DMV theythey said it's between me and the lender.

Chris that works there is extremely rude when I tried to call in about a problem with a check he wrote he had no answers and was so rude I will not do any business with him any longer

They have been great to me. Got my car loan from and since I am never late. They help me with other things to keep me on track. Thanks Lendmark.
