Very bad service, especially from the fat guy, he’s rude for no reason

So I called to try to make a payment over the phone Renee answers the phone Renee is very lazy she’s talking about I don’t wanna take a payment because I don’t wanna call the other store and let them know what kind of customer service is this

No cash on hand. Should just be a western union and not good at that either! Step ya game up cash 1

I had great attention, customer service has been always noticed from everyone here. I prefer this location because there’s always kind people and for me that’s a priority, plus the first times I was really slow and they helped me through every step. In conclusion I’m just writing this review today because I had an excellent service and they just made my day showing positive attitude and a smile. Good to see that nowadays.

I like to say that this financial situation is very lucky to have the customer service team that they have. I mean very kind and always with a smile on their face, never have I had to Waite to be helped less then 5mins of waiting and you’re up next. Thanks for your service and kindness. 💥💥💥💥💥 …

I don't know about the negative reviews on cash one but my opinion everyone is so friendly and john I been going to cash one for many years . They always make me feel like part of their family not just a customer everytime I go .
