Went to get my second payday loan here and was given an extremely hard time by a Young Tall African American male on 6-6-17 around 5:30pm. I went in for a payday loan and he thought that I was trying to cash my pay check which tells me that he didn't even listen to what I had to say and on top of that had an attitude. Then when I showed him the slip from the DMV for getting my CA ID and my old NV DL, he said that he couldn't use this as Identification. I had asked him to call his Supervisor or Manager since this was how I got the first payday loan from this Company. Then he tried saying that I did not have history with them when I did. I logged into my Wells Fargo Account and click on the check so he could see for himself. After 20 minutes of arguing and trying to get him to understand the situation he finally gave me the payday loan with an attitude. I honestly expected better than from this Company. My girlfriend stated that he was very rude and unprofessional. This is definitely the last time I come here for a payday loan.

This the best place for a payday loan! You can show your employment info once a year, instead of once a month like some other places. All the paper signing is done on tablet-like devices. You can pay them back online. You don't have to bring in a check! You can show them your account through an app. They are not as strict as some other payday loan places.

I have been coming for years. I have paid the loan off - come back 6 months to a year later and long story short this is the only place I would get a loan.. They even helped me out with my payment when my company went on strike , Great customer service and employees are the salt of the earth.

I had an emergency a couple few times many months ago and I found the staff to be professional and respectful. Always. The process is fast. I mean electronic check .. come on. And yes they must have internal controls.

Refused to cash my check because it was already signed! Checks must be signed in order to cash them it’s a ridiculous policy and should be on the description when the location is searched up. This policy is ridiculous especially when I have my ID and can re write the exact signature that’s already signed
