I just called them off the phone number listed and they are very real. I have never had a bad interaction with these people. I don't know how they do it considering the business they are in and the types of calls they must receive; rude, hostile, angry homeowners sometimes in the fight of their life for their home. I couldn't do what they do and keep my composure. Somehow and I have called and spoke with them many times over the years they have always been 100% fair, honest, and professional. I may not agree with what they do and who they represent especially when I was in the middle of it but I can't fault them for doing their job. Objectively, they do a great job for who they represent; mortgage companies, lenders, and trustees. They follow all of the rules and do what is necessary. Now as far as Nationstar/Mr. Cooper goes that is a whole separate conversation that I won't get into as I still have some unresolved things to work out with them.
