I was at work contemplating how to solve a monetary problem I had, when a nice gentleman named Walter from Oportum walked in and explained to me their lending opportunities and welcomed me to apply for a loan, with nothing else to loose, I accepted and Imy loan was approved immediately. Thee experience was GREAT the whole staff is very understanding, friendly and attentive, Walter, Grissel and Ismael have awesome customer service skills I recommend you to come in and seek a loan here before you go anywhere else

Isabel had great costumer service from the beginning of my visit to the end was very patient & helpful didn't expect for every one to be so friendly including Ismael who works there was very nice & helpful thank you very much will definitely come back here for any loan needs

Walter and Gricelda were very polite and helpful. Three times I have come to Oportun for a loan and have been approved. Easy payments at a fast rate.

I specifically asked if I could make my payments through me debit card over the phone because i didn't want to walk into a location with the exact cash every time. They said that wouldn't be a problem and they sent me on my way. Now that im trying to make my first payment over the phone they tell me they need my rounding number and account number instead of my debit card number. Im not somewhere where I have access to that because I didn't think I would need it. I asked for an extension and my payment wont count as late but my point is that they will tell you ANYTHING to get you out of there with a loan.
