I went in to pay my loan and take another one out and Alfonso was great help made the process super easy and fast and his customer service was amazing. The way he explained everything was understandable to the point I didn’t have to ask any questions. I highly recommend to come to the Oportun on 43rd with him if anyone decides to get a loan out

Excellent customer service. They make my loan very easy and fast. Ana explained everything before me asking about it. I am happy to choose this store cause I know there will be no trouble everytime I go pay. She was so nice and she was handling the store really well while waiting on the line.

They sent me a letter saying I was pre-qualified then I get there they tske ally info and say I want approved. What a waste of time !
