Staff are experienced & knowledgeable in their duties w/ a quickness, despite the many rigors encountered. Not 1 bad interaction @ the window-counter have I had. But getting there can be challenging! people are people, it's nice 2 be nice & I wish the room had ventilation iz all aahma sayin'...

I witnessed the cashier zar being rude condescending and racist toward a black African American customer she not only ridiculed this man in front of everybody she called him out and then she had the audacity to take pictures of him this happened yesterday Tuesday January 17th around 5:45 PM the African American man was wearing a work uniform I witnessed him provide her with ID and she began shouting at him you people come in here with fake checks all the time I am not catching your check This gentleman tried to present her with ID and she began yelling and shouting you people always do this and when he said I wanted to speak to your supervisors she said I don't care my name is ZZZ ARZIT make sure you spell it right this behavior should not be tolerated I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I hope a full investigation will be done and I also hope this man sues this place because this behavior racist behavior condescending behavior should not be tolerated anywhere shame on you zar and you need to be fired immediately

Great place to go for a quick small loan when your financials are in a bind. Having said that, the wait times in line can be rather lengthy if you visit during the government pay cycles (first 3 days of every month). Don't be fooled though, rates for all services are naturally high for having the convenience to get quick cash when a financial emergency strikes. Use common sense, and know your limitations prior to asking for any advance on your part.

NO PATIENCE WORTH THE WAIT WHEN THE LINE LOW LESS MISHAPS TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR YADA YADA ETC.......................... DID IT FOR ME WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD WHY DID THE DOCTOR GO OUT OF BUSINESS?

The reality is that a lot of people wouldn’t be considered low income if they weren’t priced out by other salaries. If your going to complain about “low income people” please make sure you understand the complexities behind the issue. We share this city with people of different races and socio-economic backgrounds, inequality exists and rather than complain about the people experiencing it and blaming people for being low income have consideration.

California check cashing is a pretty good place for payday loans. I used to work for urban Alchemy here in San Francisco and I got multiple loans from them while I was employed there. I never got more than $240 from them at one time, but considering that some places charge an exorbitant rate for payday loans, it wasn't a bad deal. In all considering it was $240 for 300 back. I was even a couple of weeks late paying them back one time and they didn't charge me any type of penalty whatsoever. They definitely get their five star rating from me.

I've been going to this place for years, they have one here and one on Geary and Kearney.this one is good about cashing your checkespecially when they know you. The only problemI have with them is the time it takes to get up to the window. No matter what your going to have await, I don't understand how come they are so slow, I really can't believe how slow it is. Nobody is perfect and I could always go somewhere else. I'm happy because their only 5 minutes away.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also efficient - I've never had to wait in line more than 5-10 minutes. The only problem is the sketchy location.
