What's the sense of a contract or a realtor, when we had to leave our house before the date on contract . Most of all we had to watch strangers throw all our personal property into dumpsters! What was really upsetting and unprofessional discusting and sad was the new owner assisting the strangers to grab as much and as fast as they could to dump everything they see into black garbage bags to fill and take to the garbage... . as she obnoxiously swears loud and becomes more and more intoxicated.Not caring that there was children present and.witnesses watching as she drove away flipping off with her middle finger. Then leaving her left over an empty box of beer inside the residence that she and her son ( broker/realtor) is buying!.
