They promise they will help you with your debit and that when all is said and done that your credit score will be set straight, that it's a faster process than filing for bankruptcy. After over two years of a "very poor" credit score and paying them about 5k I feel like all they did was give me some more time with debt. At the rate I had been making payments I could have paid off my debt by now. My payments had all been on time and I had a 680 credit score, the payments had just been getting to be too hard. Now my score is 547. All in all they did buy me time and allowed me to breathe. If it hadn't been for them I question how we would have gotten through the pandemic. I'm just disappointed that I still have so much to go The lawyer who finally contacted me from them said "all I do is settle the lawsuits Coast gives me". I'm to pay 85% of the balance at a fixed payment with no interest. They did erase a chunk of my debt but my credit card debt is now 1k more than it was and I'm still left with bad credit and a monthly payment. You might just be better off filing for bankruptcy if you can find yourself a good lawyer

I am not sure what you guys are upset about, but It has worked for me. I had about $20,000 in credit card debt and it is all gone. Every bit of it! One of my bills was a $14,000 Discover bill. Discharged and removed from my credit. You have to give it time to work. It is taken over a year but so far all of my credit cards except 1 has been cleared and that one is almost done. Great job ya'll.

If I could give this less stars I WOULD!! This company contacted me (preyed) because I had a high balance credit card . The payments were current on the card, it just would have taken forever. They sell you on the whole “we can fix this for you.” Bit. My credit has since gone in the trash and they have done NOTHING except take my money and tell me “the program is working.” I also asked to quit the program and asked for a refund, but they tell me that’s not possible. I can’t say this enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I would not recommend. I paid thousands of dollars, to eliminate some of my credit card debit. 6 months ago it looked like the program worked. A year now and most of my creditors have just sent bills to a different agency. My credit still looks extremely bad, this program did not work!

The people working there are nice and friendly, but really that's the only good thing about this company and its people. I really believe that everyone there is extremely lazy and dishonest about things. We've had a few charge backs, which if you're in business you know you're bound to get, when ever we have received a notice we sent all of the necessary documents to fight the chargeback. They will tell you they have received all the documents, but they never turn it in! I recently found out that Julie, their office manager, left the company. Julie is an extremely nice person, but again extremely lazy, she would never turn in any documents and than make up some story about what had happened and tell you that she's sorry and nothing can be done at this time. The entire staff is like that, again very nice people, but very dishonest. Also with most other processing companies you will get your funds with in two business days, with these guys your looking at more like a week at the minimum which could be longer. They are trying to change things around but I'm not sure if its worth the headache you're going to have to deal with. There are plenty of other companies that will probably charge you a lot less and are more professional. Again I do want to emphasize they are nice people to talk to, but that's about it. I would strongly advise you to look into another processing company, especially if you want someone that is going to support you and have your best interest in mind.
