California Check Cashing Stores, San Pablo, CA

The workers there behave arrogantly and make fun of customers with poor English. I was most impressed by a black woman with locks of blue and yellow hair and one from Samoa, or at least resembling one. I tried three times to cache a check there that they claimed was fake. Then I went to cache it in Cash 1 where they finished my service in 15 minutes. I recommend that you avoid California check caching and use Cash1 where service is much better.

Be ready to stand for 3hrs and those ladies doing nothing, crazy place to get order's

They get your busines.s done but the wait time is tremendous. There is a huge white lady working there w serious attitude. Someone let her know the customer is more important than her getting comfortable at her station aft her break

Ok so I usually get ok / good Customer Service from the current employees here at this store. I visit here like 3-4 times a month usually. So I guess I'm a regular? But TODAY unfortunately , I Experienced HORRIBLE Customer service at this Store from MARIA (older-heavy set lady) , she was rude as soon as I walked up to the window. She definitely had a rude demeanor and energy she was giving off right away as if she hated her job or even me (even tho I don't know her) even another customer spoke up about it when I did. not only that but every time I go there to western union money to same place that is already associated with my file in there computer system, it take less then 5 mins for the reps to process my transactions she took 15-20mins( no one was in line either) because she stopped in the middle of my transaction to open up side door for a delivery guy (and took her time unconcerned with my time) when there was other employees chilling in The back ? Really! ? But the girl helping a customer right next to her (which she was closer to door also) did not stop in the middle of her transaction when helping her customer ? So why did I get mistreated? So I politely said "can you please next time finish my transaction before you help someone else "? And the customer next to me , leaned over towards Maria and said the customer is right ! And she gave us attitude and brushed off like we was in the wrong !!?? I also currently work customer service so I know and get rude customers all the time or have home problems but "our" job requires professionalism at all times and Maria might need to be Re-trained or be talked too because honestly, for her age it was ridiculous the amount of disrespect she gave me when I'm a continued paying customer and gave no attitude. Just really disappointing ! I hope she figured it out. I will be back and give update on any improvements!

All I can say is WOW!! I have never had great customer service like I got from Nia! She was very helpful and answer all my question and concerns I had.. so kind and friendly. I recommend anyone who wants great service for a payday loan, check cashing or any other service they offer to come down and dont be shy. They will take good care of you at California check cashing!!

I had a very good experience here. Nesha was so patient with me when I didn't understand what was going on. She explained everything very thoroughly and gave me good info. I would recommend coming here again.
