They are very under staffed especially during rush hours. Not a reliable place to go especially if you are in a hurry. It's always one person versus a hundred people in line. I wouldn't recommend this place. Whoever gives this a 5 star is either lying or an asset of the company trying to manipulate their poor reviews.

I have been dealing w/ this branch for 15+ years. The manager Maria & Kate have been the best. As far as chatting at the windows, I'm 1of the customers that ask them what you doing this weekend or how was your mother's day etc., this while they are working on my paperwork. I have never seen them stop processing any transaction just to talk. They're constantly moving. I have 2 suggestions for all check-cashing companies. #1 you should have a number system. Customers shouldn't have to ask each other, are you next or are you in the line. #2 you should have mini printers at each workstation window. The clerks shouldn't have to get up and go to the 1 printer to copy or print documents.

Cash 1 has really bad customer service. They always have a big line of customers and only one or two cashiers. When they have 3 or more they are always talking and laughing and not paying attention to what they are doing. I am tired of that. I will try to pay my loan and move on to another place where they really enjoy working with customers. Same time don't go there.

This place is Horrific!!!!! They treat you like trash, there is usually only one person at the window. The clerks appear to hate their jobs. If you want good, quick service go to Cash max or the check center. No hassle and you will be in and out.

I dont know why all the bad reviews. I have always had great customer service cashiers always friendly Ya sometimes there are longer lines then I would like They are always there to help me out in a pinch So thanks girls and keep your heads up your doing a great job!!!!!

Money orders and Western Union services are quickly and at a reasonable fee. Stephanie is very helpful and knowledgeable. She helps two clients at the same time efficiently.

The services at cash 1 is the best. They always take care of me! Stephanie is extremely helpful! David is super kind. Czarina is a sweetheart. Great customer service.
