Today I went for the first time to apply for a Loan at Oportun on Main St and I can say , I am more than happy with the costumer service received .I was helped by Jenniffer Ponce and she was able to guide me through the whole process and explain everything in detail .All my questions and doubts were resolved and she had patience and enthusiasm all along .I rarely see people that appreciate and love their work as she does .Excellent worker and so passionate when it comes going the extra mile for each costumer that she helped .I will completely recommend her if you get to this location and Thank you Jennifer for your service , I will recommend this company to all my friends and family because of you .
