Its incredible that it takes over an hour to deal with a customer and there's only one person there that thinks she knows what she's doing. If you come here, come with time to spare, they are slow, undermanned and did i say THEY ARE SLOW!!!

Complete ignorance of employee Christian Ariago.....if that’s even his name!!!! Called to ask simple question regarding payment and late fee. His answer was, “I don’t know that information”. Hiring employees that can’t log into the system to look up a name by telephone number and provide that information over the phone is just ridiculous!!!! NO HELP, NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXTREMELY SARCASTIC AND RUDE!!!!
