I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS. Nick was a blessing to have on my side during the home buying process. I had been looking at buying a house for a few years. All I had heard from my friends and family is how stressful and scary the home buying process is. I reached out to Nick who showed me that it’s not as bad as people make it out to be. Nick explained the home buying process and the different loans that would be available to me from FHA to USDA. Regardless of when I called and how far away the home was Nick was ready within the hour to meet me at a home and show it to me. I drug him through what felt like dozens of homes for a few months. Each one I was hesitant to put in an offer on. He respected that opinion and never pushed me into something I did not feel comfortable with. I eventually told him I was sorry for wasting his time and I didn’t think I would be able to own a home. He respected that and told me to reach out whenever I felt ready. A few weeks later I found a decent home for a fair and affordable price. I sent Nick the listing for the home at 4:00pm that night Nick had shown me the home, contacted this listing agent, spoke with the neighbors in the area, gave me all the information I needed, and helped me put in an offer by midnight the same night. Let me tell you Nick got us a DEAL! I’m talking people don’t believe me when I tell them deal. He provided great support through the buying process he contacted me everyday with updates and throughly explained what was happening. I never once felt like something was being hidden from me. We hit a bump in the road with an underwriter. Nick went to work for us, he fought tooth and nail to make sure we got our keys!
