Blanca and Anna are both very nice and helpful! On different occasions they both were very knowledgeable, and provided wonderful customer service! Thank you Blanca and Anna! Also the staff are all very friendly, welcoming & professional. As I arrived at the store & needed assistance with my Insight Card, Mary C. was very nice, had great communication, walked me through the steps I needed to complete my transactions. I really appreciate the wonderful assistance I received from Mary, as well as their overall customer service!! --Andrea

I needed to cash a check from my employer to get medicine for an asthma attack I am experiencing. The acting manager refused to help me. Terrible service I hope the manager knows that. I came for help and left in pain. Rude to me and dismissive. All around poor customer service.

Terrible customer service! I went in to pay a bill. The person helping me was rude as all hell. The place was empty when I walked in but the two people couldn't be bothered to stop their conversation with each other to greet me. I gave her my card and told her I'm paying a bill and gave her the amount. She was having difficulty understanding the task and was giving me all the attitude because she couldn't figure it out. The cherry on the cake is they had no problem being friendly with the Hispanic person who came in after me...I'd drop her name but she wasn't wearing a name tag. Her teammate Blanca was though. This just happened 6/8/21 around 3:30-4pm. Do better or find a job that doesn't make you a miserable person.

every experience I’ve had over the years with this company has been very pleasant. excellent customer service. It’s like a big family here. I am glad I came to Checking cashing in seaside ca because they helped me when I felt so hopeless to pay my rent. Staff was so friendly and helpful. I will recommend this place to anyone.
