I have banked with CCFCU on and off for awhile. With moving back to the Monterey area I knew who I would go to for my backing needs! I was in and out within half an hour with my account reopened and new debit card. I didn’t catch the employees name who helped me but he was very professional and helpful. This location has lots of parking and it’s easy to get to.

There aren’t enough good things to say about the Seaside Branch Employees! EVERYTIME I enter the branch they always greet me by my name making it such a personal experience and they are all always so pleasant. Duan and Dolores are so wonderful... great job CCFCU Seaside branch!

From 15 years ago till today incredible customer service. I remember getting a car loan here 15 years ago and it was by far the best prices on the peninsula. Everyone here is super friendly.

Jolly in Accounting called when there was a problem with a deposit. She took care of the exception manually and was kind enough to call and let me know she had done that. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Great place to bank. Thank you Jolly you are the best!!

Nothing to complain about, great customer service. I was referred to the ATM/Co-Op to take care of my business transactions. I had no issue with this, it's just rhe system.

So far, our experience has been less than satisfactory. They mailed our first disclosures to a wrong address. Then we learned they wrote down our email wrong. Can only hope it gets better. UPDATE 2 YEARS LATER. It got MUCH MUCH worse. MUCH MUCH WORSE. Our original 3 star is now a 1 star. High balance in our accounts and they insisted on charging $5 for a cashier check. This is called an annoyance fee. Recently they placed a hold on a check we deposited when we had more the 20 times (TWENTY TIMES) the amount of that check on deposit. They pay a lousy .10% interest. This place is a JOKE. TRUST ME.....go elsewhere for a credit union or bank. They just do not care about customer service what-so-ever.
