California Check Cashing Stores, Stockton, CA

I was in the facility on 9/2/22 around 5pm it was four other customers waiting to be helped as on employee was helping someone the other two never looked up or said anything to the rest of the customers then one of the employees leave’s and the other continued to sit there! All I want to know is Who Hired These People!!!

Long wait in short line. Manager is rude, but cashiers are cool. And they run air cooler when it's hot!!

Do not use this store. My sister sent me money on November 1. I went to a Western Union branch here in Texas November 2 and they told me that the money is not available. I called this California Check Cashing Store in 353 West Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd and they can not give me answer. Their receipt says “Money in Minutes”, obviously it's not in minutes but they try to hold on to your money and will give you a run around telling you that the sender needs to go back to their store so they can look into the matter, as if my sister doesn't work. Don't even talk to the manager, she’s no help either.

Dont come here if you value your time. They'll have 3 or 4 people working here with 1 person at the window. Ive been a loyal customer cashing my checks here for 2 years, but the customer service just keeps getting worse and worse.

They spend time on people That don't have the equipment to get cash. 15 people standing outside & 3 inside .it take 15 min. Just to see if they're I'd. And act. Information Is good. Been standing Here out here for 45 minutes only 2 customers have come out WOW. PLUS ONLY 3 REP. WORKING THE COUNTER

This place is so welcoming. The staff is amazing but the one thing I dislike is the line!!! Seriously is this McDonald's? Anyways I want to thank Souk for such a wonderful experience everytime I cash my checks here. Keep up the great job

This is the worst experience I've EVER received. First people were standing outside thinking the store was closed until I called and asked if they were going to open or do we have to go to another store? She answered the door is open. So she let her customers stand there without letting them know. Second I gave her my driver's license. She asked if I have an account. Yes my online banking is listed. She wants to see it on my phone. Ok. Then she asked for my phone number again to call me. My phone rang in Front of her she hears it and sees me answer her ring. She says, I needed to SEE the number. I'm like, I'm standing right in front of you. Sometimes it could be another person! HIW CAN I BE ANOTHER PERSON IN FRONT OF YOU! I'm not sure if it was racist or what. But I'm letting EVERYONE KNOW please watch out for this place. No customer service or even politeness
