If I could give zerro star ,to Mexican guy who work afternoon I would,he is very rude ,unprofessional, no ethics and don't know what he is doing,I went to cash my 2 hard earn checks and look at his questions 1 why did you sign the checks before you came here 2 where you were why you sign the checks,so I could called and confirm 3 why you didn't cash the last week check last week 4why you didn't bring the paystub,5 obviously where is I'd, so we give them ID and all and after all he refused to cash cuz I signed before I I got there So I asked for manager he said not here,I asked for supervisor he said not here,I asked for any person above him he said no one,I asked his name he said he don't have to give me So plz suggest me all of you who do I need to talk and report him

This particular day i went was busy but the visit wasn't to bad. They msybe could benefit from having more employers working to move the long lines quicker but all in all i can't complain. Staff is helpful & direct.
