I know that behind the scenes she was working diligently with the lender to move our loan along and was always quick to communicate with me if anything additional was required. A big shout out to my loan officer Jacky Tian. He is the most efficient and amazing loan officer I have ever met. He did my underwritten approval in 3 days and shorten my escrow from 30 days to 15 days. Even the escrow officer and listing agent team were very surprised about this super fast closing. Under this crazy raising interest rate market, Jacky did his best and locked my rate at 4.99% To be honest, he made my dream come true. I finally become a home owner and I love my cozy condo so much. I would recommend Jacky and his team to everyone. You will know how awesome the feeling is to work with a real Pro. Very secured and happy working experience with Jacky :)

We thank Tony R Park and Bo Lee for assisting with refinancing. To repair our house, which we purchased with cash a few months ago, we decided to refinance it. However, refinancing, which we thought was easy, had some issues, such as needing bank transaction details for the cash paid at the time of purchasing the house. These issues were explained to us well and were resolved. In addition, despite high mortgage rates, I was grateful to have received a favorable interest rate.
