Patelco Credit Union, Sunnyvale, CA

I love Patelco, and I’ve never had a bad experience at any of their branches - the reason for not leaving a 5-star review has to do with the ATMs at this location. With the way the sun beats down on that side of the building, it’s darn near impossible to see anything on the screens. Perhaps a larger awning or vestibule or something could help - but for now, I wouldn’t come here for the ATM on a particularly sunny day. There are a few other credit unions nearby with CO-OP ATMs, so it’s not a huge deal, but it’s worth noting.

I was using Google Maps to pull up directions to this branch and noticed a review that isn't remotely indicative of my experience with Bryner. My family and I have been working with him for months and his service and knowledge are wonderful.

I like this place because it is close to where I live and the people who attend are very nice to me and my family, Miss Cristina, Hernandez has always been kind to me.
