The girls here are very kind. Rose is so helpful and patient. Her customer service is awesome. Also Leslie I went in there twice in one day cause I needed a money order she was helpful and answered all the questions I had.. This is the only location I actually like … thank you rose!

The manager is great and the staff generally represents this quality of service. Albeit the newest girl is still learning so maybe she will become a little more professional and courteous next time. Regarding loans and check cashing, their rates are astronomical but competitive with the market. Would recommend for those in need of such services.

A quick and easy to process the loan. Staff are kind, very nice. Rose at Carson Ca location is very kind and lovable she always treat us like family.

I love the service here, I walked in thinking I was going to get denied for a loan total opposite, right away I was approved didn’t not wait more then 10 min (in and out) I was done n very satisfied thank you for the help and the person who helped us was amazing

Wouldn't cash a government check because the date was 30 days old. Additionally, a suggestion was made to go to a different named check cashing place, but when I asked where to the place was located, the cashier didn't know. Don't give false hope then get smart and tell the customer that we can Google it. You can Google it for us as great customer service.
