Flagstar Bank Home Loan Center, Victorville, CA

This review is for my experience working with Craig Lawrence, loan advisor at flagstar bank. Craig was the most rudest loan officer I have ever worked with. When I got an offer accepted in this extremely competitive sellers market. He judged my decision and criticized why I didn't choose a house in the northern neighborhood instead, as if I really had a choice. During the whole loan qualification and appraisal process he continued to be rude to me and my realtor for even simple questions. I eventually backed out of the deal mostly due to his attitude and unprofessional behavior. I did not want to give him any of my money I had worked years to save and spend on my house. Please discipline this man and teach him what it means to have customer service. He should not be a loan officer.

Very unprofessional bank. Always trying to get into people's business and trying to tell people what to do in their lives. Never gives people the right bank cards or alwaysometjing wrong with cards received. Sometimes the card orders don't go through. Let people do business and leave them alone.

Got our joint Savings account started, and the service was courteous, as we got my deductions set up to be automatic so that I didn't have to take time each month to deposit to my account.

Very helpful and professional when I opened a trust account. Highly recommend, have been with DCB for over 20 years and have never had an issue.

Great staff. Always answer any business issues I've encountered very quickly.
