I used Kings Mortgage to buy my house in 2014. I dealt with Sergio. Nice people at first. They promise you the world and make buying a house seem affordable and within reach. When it comes time to officially get the loan under your name, my down payment nearly tripled, they locked my interest rate without letting me know, and the terms and conditions changed dramatically. I stormed in there saying those were not the terms agreed upon. The negotiated the terms on the spot (like a car dealer) but still didn't get me the original down payment and closing cost amount. I would look elsewhere for professional, reliable, and trustworthy experience.
