Do not make the mistake of banking with them, they lie over the phone change policy's on you and deny services. I missed one credit card payment it was 31 days late so 1 month in the middle of being out of work due to a covid outbreak at my facility and they CLOSED my whole credit card account now they won't activate my new card for my DEBIT account because my credit line is passed due, only because they closed my account and at the time i can't afford to make a payment on an account I can't even use, I'm not in that position financially. Everything they do is very shady I'd highly recommend EECU instead ! Dora the solutions manager and the branch manager Adrianna both lied about me needing to come in person just to activate a card when it was clearly an ambush for me to pay the 25$ I missed on my payment which I can't afford right now because I haven't been paid.

The staff and loan officers at Valley Oak have given my husband and I VIP treatment since the day we walked in seven years and four car loans ago. They have been there to help when we needed our first car, and when our car was totaled by a drunk driver, and when we bought our third car and recently our fourth. The loan process was effortless. They are always friendly and helpful when we call them. We live 250 miles away but continue our banking relationship with them.

I have been going here to make my car payments through a different credit union for years. Well there was a huge error on their part and the manager took responsibility on their part since I had to pay late fees and so forth. I made a mental note to always ask them if it’s going in the right account. And today as I was ask the teller to please make sure it goes to the right account since I had problems and she told me it’s my responsibility to make sure it’s goes to the correct account and she was NOT nice about it! First of all it’s NOT my job to make sure it goes to the right account! I gave you my payment book for you to get the numbers from! And I don’t feel like I should have to double check your work! I will refuse this teller next time!!!

I used to bank here since my mom did as well, I used to use the mobile banking app or the valley oak app and for the longest time the app was so accurate and then it wasn’t giving the right info I made 2 purchases and they went threw then it said 0 dollar then it said another amount. I left there service because they overdrafted me 40 dollars twice when it wasn’t my mistake there app wasn’t telling me the right info, so I closed the account if ur mobile app isn’t properly monitored then don’t provide the app to your bankers, thanks

I went in with a almost 2 yr old today and made an account she was also teething mind you and the staff was amazing they were fast and on point I even got a paper and pen and pencil did everything I had to and I had a great experience thanks girls
