I took some very nice pieces of jewelry that I will not wear again to be sold. The lady who assisted me was so kind, polite and respectful. I had no experience selling jewelry before. I am planning another trip to sell some more rings I do not wear plus a couple of designer purses.

I bought gold and silver bullion from them. Prices competitive with online sellers. Very good customer service. When I was done, they offered armed security escort to my vehicle.

Took in the diamond ring with appraisal it appraised at $2000 in 1995. The lady behind the counter never asked for my appraisal. Far as I know she never tested the ring or diamonds. They offered just over a 100. I knew going in I wouldn't get much. %5 way too low. Her customer service skills were nonexistent. Won't go back.
