JJ is an amazing mortgage loan officer. My wife and I recently refinanced our home with him and he made the entire process seamless. He took the extra time to show us all of our options. There were a couple times we had a question late night and when we text him we got an immediate response. Also a major plus is that JJ knew exactly what paperwork was needed, and was very thorough throughout the entire transaction. JJ is great! He got us pre-approved for our dream home while he was on vacation. He was punctual and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure that my husband and I were getting the best possible loan. He sat with me for over an hour and explained every part of the loan. Even though this was our second time buying a home, a lot of things weren’t explained to us the first time. JJ made me feel confident and comfortable about this home buying experience. Both agents agents involved said they loved working with him. If they had a question he responded right away. Very trust worthy and his communication skills are top notch.
