I normally don't write reviews or shop at pawn shops for that matter. But I was dropping off some comforters at the dry cleaners next door and saw two Townie bikes. I went in and spoke with Maggie about them. The price was perfect and her customer service was outstanding. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I have been buying many things at this store for a couple years now. Very unfortunate the recent changes happening. For one, they no longer offer anywhere near fair prices for items to sell like they used to. Whats more, the gun prices have gone way out of control with a poorer selection as well. Most used guns aren't even for sale anymore and go online. Again, I've loved this place and employees for years, but in recent months it has gone downhill very quickly.

Where to begin? I guess I should start by saying I don’t understand the negative reviews, at all. I have been in the store about a dozen (12) times over the last couple of years. Every time I go in we are greeted by the staff in a businesslike manner, even friendly most days. Weather I make a purchase or not, they are friendly and helpful. Heck, I have even seen them provide advice on someone brining in a garage sale find, very cool. Their business policies are clearly posted. They even took the time to explain the pawn process to me, which is pretty cool and straightforward. I will continue to do business with them going forward.

What a rip off, cluttered mess. Everyone take you precious metals to a bullion dealer you will take home more cash and that's because they don't have the overhead. Omc employee in y.c. doesn't know what she is doing.

Place has gone downhill. They don't do courtesy calls on pawns anymore. They pay less then 1/3 of what they will sell products for, then the products are priced too high and sit in the store. Same inventory for months. I had to get the attention of the people behind the glass as they are never on the sales floor and rarely greet you. Used to be a good place to go but new manager/ policy has negatively impacted this store. If you want to pawn there are other stores that will give you more in pawn. If you need to buy a firearm ace hardware is far better, if you need to consign one, shooters paradise. Don't waste your time here.

IGNORANT and RUDEST GREY HAIRED OLD MAN with black glasses don't bother! I went to this Pawn Shop yesterday trying to only borrow 20$ on a 1g gold bar which is worth way more then 20$ and it is product of PAMP, it's swiss made and has a cereal number for authentication the older grey haired man grabed it from the younger man who was the one who was helping me and immediately said NO WERE NOT TAKING THAT so of course I asked why and he said cause we had a counterfeit And can't tell if it's real or not he was sooo ignorant it is 99.99pure Gold he was to lazy to call to verify the cereal number on it and I could have made the cereal number up and it would still verify. He has no business working in the store and needs to be educated on finer things like gold because he is ignorant and RUDE . Go somewhere else because this place is a joke
