Went here to get a loan, first I was told that I didn't pay off a loan prior. Then they said they had me in collections for not paying off said loan. After they call the collections department and do some research they realize that I did in fact pay off my loan completely. Still need to find out if that has been affecting my credit for 2 years. Then after being there an hour and being declined for no reason at all they offer me 300 dollars. So I walked away and will not do business with them ever again. Neither should you. Also one lady in there never greeted us or even really glanced our direction. I believe she was the assistant Manager.

Shay at store 1574 in colorado very pleasant. She was the only person working and phone kept ringing. She handed every call like a professional. Never got upset or frazzled while still taking care of me. Very impressive and professional

Ramon is ALWAYS friendly, efficient, and professional! Never has an attitude or unpleasant tone. He is more than good at what he does. I've never had an issue with the other staff memebers. Raymon is absolutely amazing. Every time I call he’s never rude or in a hurry. The process is very fast and easy. Regardless what I need the money for I never feel less than or judged when I leave. This is by far the best place to get a loan.

I come in 08-15-23 to roll over my loan. I've been with C/I/C for about 15 years. Can't remember how she pernouced her name let alone spell it! But she was very professional, and friendly and an asset to your company! Best customer service I've had in awhile!
