ACE Cash Express, Aurora, CO

Well I'd love to be able to give a positive rating but I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I have called 3 days in a row at 3 different times throughout the day and nobody answers.... part of service is being available to answer questions before taking a trip to the store.

I am so happy about the way I have been treated at this Ace Cash Express by both Barb and Kim. These ladies are so welcoming! They are always so friendly and helpful. It was difficult for me to have to go to Ace but I have been treated with respect and appreciation. Thank you Barb and thank you Kim!

If I could give it zero Stars I would gave them a money order from the post office they run it through their machine print it on the back of it and now can't cash it so basically it's worthless thank you Ace Express

I left the ace on 2061 Federal Blvd and drove across town because of someone's passive aggressive, rude attitude and drove to e. Mississippi. It was definitely worth the drive because Jose is the man. He was helpful, polite, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this store over the federal store all day long.

Kim helped us for over 8 hours because the online team refused adequately helping us PERIOD. She absolutely needs a raise she is a saint of a woman who absolutely helps anyone who needs her help.

Mrs Sheryl has the best customer service ever if you go to aces Id advise going to the one on Mississippi
