Tonight I came to this business and was so impressed by Traci! She really knows her stuff! I walked in about 5 minutes to 7 p.m., and felt horrible because I knew it was about to close. When i walked in there was another customer with a teenager in front of me in line. The guy was really rude and made some snarky comments about the fees, and he stormed out. I was blown away at how well your girl responded. And even though it was past your closing time, she still sat with me and went through everything and explained it all to me. She was very professional, humorous, and she handled that jerk like a boss LOL. And then the printer ran out of ink when she printed my stuff. Poor thing, she had to fix that for me too. All in all, its really nice to see people who care about their job and customer service like that! I hope you guys take good care of her!! If not, I'm always hiring!! Haha, I'm always looking for good people!!!!

Everyone I’ve ever worked with here is fantastic. Always very friendly and professional. I’ve almost never had to wait, they are very quick with everything. I’ve been cashing checks here for a long time and have used them for a few payday loans as well. I would highly recommend using these folks if you ever need check cashing or a payday loan

I wrote a bad review prior but that was at the Longmont store and one individual.. I have gotten a few loans from the east colfax store #405 I believe.. Traci and the young pregnant lady today & Saturday have been more than helpful and professional. They ask the right question and dont assume so the loan can be obtain without any problems.. I want to thank them both for all the help and communication they displayed fixing my issue.. Checkmate is one of the best loan establishments by far and I've been to a few.. Once again Thanks to checkmate & the ladies at the east colfax store for all they have done...

Traci and Aisha or the most respectful employees that I ever had encountered with. Both of the Lady's or nice and sweet individual and have the sweetest ❤ Heart's. I think a promotion should be up most for both of the two Lady's. Merry Christmas.

Every worker at this location hates their job and they make you know that right when you enter for a loan. Very rude and unprofessional

I applied and mostly did everything online. Carol was kind, helpful, and professional. I was in and out of the their store less than 20 minutes. Checkmate is good if you need money quickly. Carol will be happy to help… she is great.
