Was in today 6/15 and had a Spanish speaking gentleman cashier in the AM. I was in such a rush and he was so accommodating and pleasant! I’ve never been to a facility like this so I didn’t know what to expect or what I would need. He made my visit so quick and easy! He has wonderful costumer service and such great energy during transaction. This facility was also very clean and the establishment was well kept.

Extremely Slow. No respect of other’s time. Walked in at 5; walked out at 6. Also just because a person doesn’t look Spanish doesn’t indicate they can’t speak it. Should be mindful what you say.

Walked in to a great welcome and was attended right away. Great place to go cash my check with a fast and friendly service. The person who help me was great ask me about my day and actually seem to take interest in my day. She was also super friendly and help me without a problem.

Such a bad place and it gets worse everytime. So rude, slow, and unprofessional. I've gotten several Loans and was never treated so badly. I waited for 40 min for them to approve my loan then say my bank info was fake when they made me provide a bank statement that they printed (never had I been asked for one before) I ened up saying I would go somewhere else.Also if I had a fake bank account why would I need a loan. Save your time go else where. I will never go there again. The employees hate their jobs and take it out on the customer.

They will cash your check, but they will have you waiting upwards of 30 minutes with how slow they move. While we wait in line they giggle to each others behind the counter, not seemingly concerned about the line of people they have waiting.

Every time I go in there jessi is rude and she always rushes and doesn’t even take the time to see what your asking for or anything, she seems like she never wants to be there and has attitude with towards me
