Talk about helping my family out at the perfect moment!! Loan places are usually pretty cutthroat but have had nothing but a helpful and caring experience at the Aurora location. Was helped by Zulema with refinancing my car to get us some extra $ to get through the holidays!! Thank you Lendmark‼️

Alright, I thought going to get a loan from them sounded great. Gave me great rates and everything. I needed the money for sure on Monday the 24th. I had spoke to and got everything turned in on Friday the week before. And was specifically told by an Elizabeth that I had qualified and I all documents have been accepted. Then I go in to the place to speak with her, we get down to the last signing and she goes and tells me that I all of a sudden do not qualify because my paystub hrs are at 33 and 32. (Not 40) (which if that was the case... WHY WOULD YOU GET MINE AND MY FAMILIES HOPES UP!) They just messed up my livelyhood. Now back to the cold we go. Smh. They need someone who looks all the way through documents and has a straight answer the first time. I don't have till a later day to get to where I was "guaranteed". Great rates, but horrible job done here.

Not professional. These people are bottom feeders. Wish I never got a loan through them. They say they are here to help. But won’t help you until your 30 days late and they proudly screw your credit. Why do you offer help then not be able to help. I was referred to these heartless people by a dealer. Thinking they were reputable because of the dealer recommendation I didn’t do my homework. My mistake. Time to refi out. Do not use these people. They get off on screwing people. You have been warned.

I was referred to Vivan Ponce at this company from an auto dealer when looking for a loan. I was quoted at a 20% interest rate with 5k down, when just trying to get information about the quote I was constantly pressured and rushed into signing. I ended up find a 3.8% interest rate with 0 down elsewhere. Can't speak for everyone else at the company, though judging by the reviews I don't think I'd be wrong, but Vivian's a crook. And I can't recommend a company that employs the likes of her.

Telling someone to contact their local institution is a terrible way to respond to a negative review. It shows lack of transparency and a disinterest with the actual issue. A upstanding, reputable company would research the issue to start, then reply with a personal, public message- NOT going into personal details, but enough to show the public you have integrity.

By far the worst institution I’ve ever dealt with. No communication, calls aren’t recorded to expose their lies, predatory lending tendencies. Please do not get a loan from these people.

So I found myself in a heap of trouble, technically not a heap, but in a hard place with really no options to climb out of it and I receive a letter from Lendmark Financial Services offering a loan. So I thought to myself okay let's see what they can do for me and what I have to tell you is absolutely the most greatest thing that could have happened to me in this year. I worked with a gentleman named Josh and they were able to consolidate all of my debts into one payment under a loan through Lendmark Financial Services! I got a great rate, met new people that are excellent to work with and plan on doing more business with them in the future! So if you have all your ducks in a row and you're just in that situation where you needed a little help I would recommend reaching out to this particular group and seeing what they can do for you they're located in Aurora Colorado! Thank you again Josh for an excellent job well done in service as well as in mannerisms, you are a true professional thank you!
