Even after getting confirmation from the person who wrote the check they still refused to cash it. I truly believe they are bias,towards certain individuals. So, someone from the company called me with concerns about my post,only to tell me there will be no changes as far as this situation goes. I went to another check cashing place and they cashed it without a problem. That's all the confirmation,I need!

Ive been a lifetime customer for over 10 years This store is Awesome Starts from management and reflects on their workers Jocelyne & Seanna was kind enough to assist me with my transitions of money orders and check cashing The employees are so Professional and dress very nice Also the store is very clean and safe i Highly recommend giving them a try

I have been a customer with Moneytree since 2010. The last few times I’ve been in I have been less than thrilled with the customer service I have received. I do contract work and the last two times I have gone in. They have called to verify that it’s a real check. If they would look at my history and see that I’ve never given them a bad check, I’m sure they could easily override this. It’s inconvenient to wait in your long lines just to be told you won’t cash a check because you can’t get a hold of the person that wrote it. It is a Saturday on a holiday weekend who is working right now? You may have lost a customer over this one.
