The Canon City branch has always been an excellent location, but something happened today that I had never experienced anywhere. The drive thru lines were long and it appeared that the person in front of me was having some sort of difficulty with his transaction, so he was taking a long time. A teller (didn't get her name) came out of the building and went vehicle to vehicle handing out deposit/withdrawl slips to the customers in line in an effort to expedite the lines. This additional effort decreased my wait time considerably! This added effort by the teller should not go unnoticed, I know that it didn't go unnoticed by the members that were waiting in line that she was able to assist! Thank-you for being the best of the best!

We've had good and bad experiences with you folks. We asked for an auto loan and you denied us. You say you want to help your members and their families, we've had a positive account for 2 years, and you denied is a loan for a car. I don't see how this is helping families. We like the people at that branch where we go, we just don't like your false advertisement. It is sad that we have to consider moving our account to a bank that will give us a loan because our bank won't. We are very disgusted. How do you buod credit if you won't help?

The online bill pay is pretty bad. It’s brand new and they didn’t build in extended zip codes for mailing. Really. Their delay in sending out payments is unacceptable. It’s more reliable to go directly through your payees than this system. So their bill pay system is NOT a reason to choose them. They automatically provide you with carbon copy checks whether you want them or not; we don’t, we find them annoying. There’s no option.
I just had a check by CUOFCO returned from 3 months ago, never cashed. The payee receives payments every other month, why not this one. They can’t explain except to say the payee never cashed it. DUH!! The payee said they never got it. My past positive experiences have been with the payee, not the credit union. It is aggravating to change financial institutions and aggravating to stay with this one.

This is by far the best bank I have ever had and I I would recommend it to anyone and everyone! They don't make mistakes often but when they do they are quick to fix it! And they are genuinely interested in any situation that affects my family!

Very nice people, I always like to go into the bank instead of the drive-through to build those personal relationships. I have always gotten top-notch service and will continue to patronize Credit Union of Colorado.

-Unless you have like an 850 credit score, Credit Union of Colorado isn’t going to help you with a loan. New to the workforce? Workplace injury? Rebuilding credit? Go away.
-Their online banking is absolutely atrocious and looks like it was designed in 1998 on Geocities.
-The headquarters doesn’t communicate well with the chain.
-They let me pay off the entire balance of my credit card without saying a word, sent me new cards to activate a few days later, THEN told me they closed down my account. ‘I sent you a letter’ funny because I didn’t get that letter but I got the two letters with the new cards. No emails, no notifications on the app, and nobody mentioned a thing when I walked in here 6 days ago.

I was trying to make a joint bank account with my fiance. She went through the drive-up and asked if they were open to make joint accounts on a Saturday, the teller said yes. So we go in on a Saturday to make an account, and we are told that they can't make an account on Saturday without an appointment; we schedule an appointment for the next Saturday. Before we leave, we asked if we needed to bring anything and are told just our IDs. We get there on Saturday and they tell us that we need proof of our address before they can make the account and send the cards. Complete lack of communication.
