The only reason I have given them two stars instead of one is because ENT has been good to me in the past. I am a Disabled Veteran with 20% for my back, 40% for my knees and 100% Retirement for my MST-PTSD. I stand very straight but to bend over to work is a relative impossibility for me and I also have problems with reactive people instead of combat situations. The only teller in the branch is a video teller and I get extremely confused at self checkout machines. I was nervous walking in as I have had problems the last time I used these machines because they are both set at a place comfortable for sitting in a wheel chair so you MUST bend over to use it when you are standing. I walked up and put my card in but there was no way to talk to the Video Teller so I reinserted my card thinking I had done something wrong. Then a lady that I am sure has seen me in knee braces in the past at the Pueblo West branch saw my discomfort and came to help. I told I was having trouble with the low machines and she seemed uncomfortable and barked the answer that it is there so the camera could see me. I finally got to the VT and she seemed to take my discomfort personally, was quite rude and told me that I could end this session and start a new one if I did not like her. At this point I had pulled a table up to the machine so I could be more comfortable while I worked. There was a staring contest between us, I felt like spitting at the machine and leaving but I needed to finish my business. Then the Video Teller said "I have to look up your account," the screen went red and a large young man with glasses and curly hair appeared looming behind me, not beside me and he did not look happy. He glanced down at the table I was sitting on with obvious disapproval and reassured me that she was just looking up my account nothing else. Next thing I know he has his hands on my money between me and the machine! My body wanted to grab him and pin his bulk to the ground but I simply told him to "Back Off!" instead. He backed off barking that he was just trying to be helpful and gave me verbal instructions from that point on. Then he followed me to the door and stood there with his hands on it staring at me angrily as I got into my car.

Went to open an account at ENT Credit Union. The office was empty. Staff were very cordial. I was told I would need an appointment to open an account, but that I would not be able to get an appointment for 10 days. I suppose I do not need an account, or the free, promotional $200.00.

The " Automated tellers" are extremely frustrating and very impersonal I hate trying to come here to do my banking the process is very long and inconvenient and you cannot get large bills from the machine

Machines hardly everrrrrrr work if you need to get money right away or pay a bill it's very frustrating to show up and not have another way of doing it, I've had multiple accusations being late on stuff because of this Ent and plenty of the others, will be changing banks very soon along with many of my friends and family
