I recently received a threatening letter from Bellco claiming I need to provide something for an auto loan refinance that closed 3 months ago. All payments have been made and no one ever told me anything else was needed during my application or closing. Also, I'm refinancing a Bellco loan so the lien transfer should be all internal. When I tried to call to figure out what was needed I was met by rude employees who repeatedly put me on hold and transferred me for about 40 min. Finally, I spoke with a lady named Raven who told me there was nothing she could do for me but she would e-mail someone on my behalf. I asked for the contact information to submit a complaint which Raven said she would also send but she never actually did anything she said she would. There is no information available online and the letter does not detail what is needed but gives a very limited time-frame to provide it. This is one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.

Tried to refinance two of my vehicles. They took a hour to collect all the info. She said you will get a rate that was extremely competitive. We also will only pull one credit report since we are refinancing the two vehicles at the same time. Unfortunately when the lady calls me back she was almost double the rate. When I asked her why she said it just changes. I then asked if I will be contacted about my second vehicle and she stopped responding. After follow ups no one ever contacted me back. As a formal customer I will not be back. ENT provided a rate better than Bellco excellent rate. Don’t waste your time they are terrible to deal with.

Horrible customer service, terrible phone prompts. Do yourself a favor and do not bank with this company.
Very cold and extremely rude to customers. If you plan to reach them via phone, plan to be hung up on, over a total of 1 hr. Wait time, and extremely rude customer service when they do get around to answering the phone. Rude and cold staff, no communication when it comes to loans and horrific about miscommunication on loan status. Never ever do business with this bank. Nothing you are trying to buy is worth dealing with this "company"
Online banking gets messed up all of the time, they make it ridiculously difficult to accept money. You will call and they will tell you to do it online. My account was locked out and they would not help, you payments will become late because of their unwillingness to accept payements to non members.

I’ve been trying to sell my car to a gentlemen using Bellco Bank. The absolute worst experience for an Auto Loan I’ve ever had. We sent documents almost 2 days in advance to expedite the process, we waited till 3pm the next day for them to tell us we needed a new payoff statement. They proceeded to tell us he had to register the vehicle prior(how? That’s no even possible). All in all an absolutely terrible establishment with poor customer service. If you need a quality bank, look no further than Navy Federal or Wells Fargo.

Edit- it has been 1 year since I wrote this review. Still absolutely no effort on this "organizations" behalf to improve any aspect of their little business that they run. Starting to wonder if the employees even receive training...

Stick with big banks. I hate to say that. I've had good experiences with other credit unions, but these folks are a disaster. Definitely don't use their credit card. They really have no business issuing cards. You have no hope of disputing a charge. Don't try calling the number on the back of the card. They tell you the charge has posted (duh). Then transfer you to someone who tells you you have to call the bank (uh, who are you then). I really should have known when a friend saw me using my Bellco card to pay for something and laughed at it. Stick with Capital One, Chase, really anyone you've heard of.

My husband and I went to this branch in order to close our account, which is out of town from us, since we had an account opened due to an auto loan that was paid off. We were assisted by Chris Hawkins, who was pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful, quick, polite, and processed our request very quickly. If this credit union was more easily within reach of our residential location, we would easily bank with them. Thank you!

Debit card keeps unlinking every other day. Not worth it to keep going in. Changing all direct deposits and moving all money from this company that cant seem to get it together. 30 year members too. The staff tried their best but this is to annoying of a headache for the elderly.
