We had a really fantastic experience with Ryan and his team. First, he spent a lot of time with us before we even decided to purchase a house answering a million of our questions. From that interaction, we realized he was extremely knowledgeable. Once we decided to buy, Ryan and his team were incredibly helpful and extremely responsive---evenings, weekends, etc. The underwriting process was streamlined and we were able to close incredibly fast. It was such a breath of fresh air compared to the first time we bought a house with a different lender. HIGHLY recommend.
