Ent Credit Union, Castle Rock, CO

This is my favorite branch of all the ENTs. Chris Schulz and Matt always takes great care of me and my family whenever we visit. The customer service here is top notch no bank out their could even come close!

Spent over 35 min in line waiting to cash an ENT paycheck. One teller. And only 2 customers, myself included ( in the wait). Not to mention the teller asks me across the room how much my check is for. I don’t think that is even allowed. The teller had to count and recount cash because their Machine was not working properly or whatever. It was 4pm, I was told the manager is on lunch, who takes a lunch at the end of the day when the bank closes at 6. I will NEVER open a checking account at this bank!

great bank, great rates, friendly staff. Lost one star because their systems seem to go down often and you cant get cash without using the ATM. Not the biggest deal, or even their fault, but maybe look at upgrading to be able to provide service consistently

Stopped in because I forgot to get a cashier's check at the other location I visited. Saw this one was opened until 6 so it was perfect. When I arrived, there wasn't a line and I was meet with three associates ready to assist. I don't think give ever walked into a place and had so many people standing at attention ready to serve me. Haha I have to my ID, got my check, was asked if I needed anything else. Fast and friendly. That's what I like. Thank you Ent.

Such a great experience opening up an account! Aaron McQuown was incredibly helpful and friendly all while making it comfortable! I appreciate all the help and support with the savings bond! Y'all are amazing! I didn't even have to wait for my debit card, it was made on the spot!
